26th Dec 2020, 11:00 AM Ha that was a bit of a weird chapter ending lol. Happy Boxing Day!! How was everyone’s Christmas?

So there’s gonna be a hopefully short hiatus before I start chapter 4–I wanna finish up some other things and figure out some life stuff for now. Thanks so much for all the fun comments!

I hope you had a great Christmas! Mine was pretty good. Here in the U.S., we don't really observe Boxing Day, but I hope it's a good one for you.

26th Dec 2020, 12:05 PM I think he was smiling like that to mimic the “cutesy” sort of faces that kids might make, but in a mocking way. But yeah he doesn’t like kids—he also doesn’t really like anyone though haha XD

Overall, mine was pretty good too, we made good memories...and a few not so good ones—in a large family things can get a little stressful, but it doesn’t mean we still didn’t have some great moments. I’m happy with it!

Yeah Boxing Day isn’t much of a holiday here either except maybe for some people to take advantage of all the sales when they’re shopping. To me it’s just a part of Christmas, like the festive spirit’s still in the air. :)

Evan is a different story, and he's actually the one who needs the help the most.

So Kairo’s weirded out, but again probably not at the point where he suspects something outright nefarious if I had to guess .. ah yeah I think despite his slight gruffness those two will grow on him :)

Ahahaha... Kairo, it's too late, you're already doomed to grow fond of them.
...I'm actually worried about Evan, though. I have a horrible feeling that Evan might finally learn to trust, and he'll trust Kairo, and then that trust will be broken, and this is not going to end well....

26th Dec 2020, 5:07 PM I mainly drew that just for fun! Sometimes I gotta be a little silly to get it out of my system XD I also kinda wanted to try drawing shoujo eyes for some reason. (Heck of a test subject, I know)!

Aw T — T we’ll see what happens, stories don’t always play out exactly as we expect, even when we can see the buildup! (At least that’s what I’ve experienced).
