11th Sep 2021, 5:20 PM Aw, thank you! And no, this isn’t the first time. Evan walked through the wall a couple of times in chapter 1, and in chapter 3 I believe he walked through a door. The effects for the blue misty stuff may have evolved though.

11th Sep 2021, 5:22 PM Right? And even so, The SP probably could get Evan some kind of counsellor (they’d have to screen them first) but this is something Evan has adamantly refused. He won’t even talk to his family about this stuff. We’ll get more into this topic in the story later on.

Just a question, since I'm not sure if you addressed this before, but does Evan's intangibility power deplete his energy the same way Kat's powers do? Could he just stay intangible all the time if he wanted?

Evan’s powers are not physically draining at all, at least not the intangibility. To him it’s as easy as breathing. The only aspect of Evan’s ability that does have some physical side effects (that I can think of) is his X-Ray vision. Evan can use it fairly easily, but it strains his eyes to do it too much, and he could get a splitting headache from it.

Oh and actually, now that I think of it—Evan’s defensive trance state could exhaust him if he was stuck that way for a while. It’s partially because he tends to freak out afterwards, but also because in that state he moves even faster and hits harder than he would normally, and he can’t feel the effects of it until he’s back to normal, which can be ouchie…
