21st Mar 2019, 4:34 PM This page was super fun, I love making the lighting all warm and inviting! I kinda wish the window didn’t obscure the cityscape AND the car I drew, but oh well. Kairo meets them next page.

...but I think people might just be staring at them.

Evan has a long way to go to get used to the public eye... both of them are uneasy, but I think the body language says a lot about how much more nervous he is than Kat. It's kinda surprising since Kat probably sticks out here more than he does.

Yeah it is surprising at first glance, but they both have very different childhoods which we’ll get into a bit soon-ish. Evan’s only been living with Kat for 2 years, we haven’t seen what he’s been through before.
